Make it Kubernetes-Ready

Ideally we can run Nyarlathotep and all workers on a Kubernetes cluster. Add files required for a Kubernetes setup, ideally so that it works with a local minikubes setup for demonstration purposes, but is also suitable for a real deployment later.
