included two new plots to calc/mom/[particle]/check/input displaying the phi_pos and phi_mom as a function of tof. These are useful for magnetic field calibration.

Implemented the intensity measurement and up to 6 wave plate positions. For wave plate 0, histograms are plotted in go4.

Note (to be done):
Output of the wave plates via the finish step is not yet working, but the intensity is being output.
