add kubernetes documentation and example

Adds a working demonstration setup as used for elabftw.hs-itz.de (without the secrets). A Helm chart is likely very difficult to craft, if I want to support multi-instance deployments and correct separation of instances. However, the provided setup is relatively straight-forward, so I think this should not be a problem.
